Embassy receives postal applications only from non-resident countries (Netherlands, Luxembourg)

Before applying for the visa please read the general information on visas at the Visa information section.

To apply by post following documents are required:

Original passport with at least one blank visa-designated page (passport must be valid for at least 6 months after intended departure date from Mongolia).
Visa application form, completed and signed
One passport-size recent photo
Travel information (travel itinerary, hotel/flight bookings etc)
Envelope with printed return address
Visa fee + postal charge of 10 euros per passport/application in cash OR proof of transaction

Visa processing time

Normal service: 4-7 working days + delivery days
